Our experienced, licensed therapists offer individual counseling to assist children and adolescents in managing anxiety, depression, or adjustment difficulties in a person-centered, trauma informed environment. Skills such as emotion regulation, problem solving, and maintaining healthy relationships are a frequent focus of counseling, however the client and the therapist will work together to develop a treatment plan to address each individual's needs.

Our Social Skills Development Groups provide children and adolescents with a supportive environment to learn and develop social and emotional skills by using games and other fun activities. Social Skills groups allow children and adolescents to learn and practice social skills and to express themselves in a non-judgmental and safe environment. Social Skills groups are usually held once per week for 45-60 minutes.

Groups are an alternative to individual therapy. Skills groups focus on topics such as coping skills, emotion regulation, and relationship building. Skill development is covered with a small group of children or adolescents with similar interests. Groups typically are held once per week for 45-60 minutes. Groups are constantly being added to address different interests and needs. Check back often to see what groups are being added.

Yoga-CBT for Adults
Yoga-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (Y-CBT) is a 6-week group treatment model led by a Licensed Mental Health Clinician specifically trained in Y-CBT, which blends the effective techniques of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with yogic exercises, breathing, and teachings.
Seated poses are used in combination with the mind-body connection taught in the traditions of Yoga to simultaneously calms the anxiety of the mind and eases stress in the body.Y-CBT is a research based psychological treatment that combines the scientifically documented effects of yoga with cognitive behavioral therapy.
This integrative group treatment model addresses the symptoms of anxiety and psychotherapy with yogic practices and philosophies, didactic material, and group process.
